The boat ramp at the beach will be blocked by a temporary berm of natural materials from approximately November 15 until early next spring. The berm will help protect property from flooding during winter storms and high tides. Please remove all crab pots before November 15.

The Holmes Harbor Estates Community is located in Greenbank Washington, Whidbey Island. Our Community overlooks the entrance to Holmes Harbor, Baby Island and the Saratoga Passage. A community of approximately 126 lot owners with 71 homes enjoys private beach access and trail access at the historic Greenbank Farm.
