There is a serious problem with barking dogs in our neighborhood.
IT IS THE OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTROL THEIR DOGS AT ALL TIMES.
Per Island County Code, it is unlawful to permit any dog to annoy or disturb a neighborhood.
6.08.130 - Prohibited Barking
If you are a dog owner, you must control your dog.
If you are disturbed, talk to your neighbor first if possible.
If the problem persists, call the Island County non-emergency number to file a complaint.
